Booking Request Form for a Ceramic Party

Once your booking request has been received, it will be processed to verify availability at the date and time requested by you. You will be contacted if any changes are required. Once your booking request has been processed, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for the advance amount of £30 at the email address that you provide below. You do not need a PayPal account for paying the invoice. A direct credit card payment is possible and PayPal will guarantee the security of your transaction as well as send you a receipt for your payment.

Upon receipt of your payment you will be sent a confirmation for the booking at your email address. The balance payment can be made on the day of the party by cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, the items will be glazed and fired only after the payment has cleared which might cause a delay in the delivery of the finished items by a few days.

Terms and Conditions:

1.     Tables and chairs that are required for the party will need to be provided by the host.

2.     The finished items will be delivered to the customer within 7-10 days. Extra mileage charges may apply if the delivery address is different to the venue address and is not local to the venue.

3.     Breakages of pottery items will be chargeable at 40% of the price of the item that has been broken.

4.     The booking advance of £30 is non-refundable. The party can be re-scheduled if required but no refund will be given in the event of a full cancellation.

5.     Your total order value is required to be minimum £65.

6.     A maximum of 3 different kinds of pottery items can be selected for providing the children a choice when selecting their item to be painted.

7.     If children younger than 6 years are going to be joining in with the painting, they should have an adult available on hand to help them.

8.     The 3 kinds of pottery items that are required for the party must be selected at the time of making the booking. Items once selected might not be changeable and will be dependent on availability of stock.

9.     The pottery items will be glazed and finished only after the full balance payment has been received. If the balance payment is being made by cheque, the items will be completed after the cheque has cleared. This may cause a delay in the delivery of the finished items by a few days.
